Our customers’ opinions are very important to us and we want to hear what you think about the products on our website. As a special thank you for your efforts, we would like to return the favour by offering you the chance to win £25 worth of FREE shopping at LaCoquette.com in our monthly free prize draw.

In order to enter a valid review you must be able to demonstrate that you have experience of the product concerned. We therefore require that you must have either bought the product from us originally or have been given the product as a gift through us. We would also like your honest feedback on the level of service you received from us.

This monthly free prize draw is subject to the following terms & conditions:

1. You must be at least 18 years old and be resident in the UK to post a review at LaCoquette.com.
2. You must have used the product you are reviewing and bought it (or been given it) from LaCoquette.com.
3. All reviews should be sent to info@lacoquette.com and include your full name, home town and email address so that we can validate your review. If the product you are reviewing was a gift originally, you should provide details of the name of the person who made the original order.
4. Your email address will not be published on our website, but it is required so that we can notify the prize winners.
5. Your anonymity will be protected and we will only attribute your Christian name and home town to your review. If you wish your review to be posted as “anon.” please tell us when you submit it.
6. We want your honest feedback, so please review the products in the manner in which you deem it appropriate. However, each review will be published solely at our discretion. We reserve the right to decline any reviews that contain unsuitable content such as, but not limited to, profanity, swearing, expletives, offensive or illegal comments.
7. Prize winners will only be drawn from reviews that we publish on our website.
8. One (1) prize winner will be drawn at random at the end of each calendar month from the reviews published on our website during that calendar month.
9. The prize draw will take place within 1 week of the calendar month end and the prize winner only (not non winners) will be notified by email with their free shopping voucher code as soon as possible thereafter.
10. The voucher shall entitle the prize winner to spend up to £25 (twenty five pounds) at LaCoquette.com.
11. If the value of the goods ordered exceeds £25, you will be required to pay for the amount spent over £25 at checkout.
12. If the value of the goods ordered is less than £25 you will not be entitled to any refund or additional credit note for the amount not spent.
13. Usual free delivery terms/delivery charges apply and will be applied before the value of the voucher is deducted.
14. The voucher is valid for one use only and for a period of 30 days from the date of the email notifying you of your win and is redeemable by entering the voucher code in the discount code box at checkout.
15. You will be entitled to exchange goods purchased with the voucher within the normal terms and conditions of our website.
16. We reserve the right to cancel, replace or amend this offer at any time without prior notice.
